Highlights from Konguru in June
In June, Konguru focused on AI Assistant testing, an AI model approach without external API dependency, the new support module, and mobile experience improvements.

In June, our focus at Konguru was to move forward with the testing process of the AI-supported assistant, make the support experience faster and more accessible, and provide a smoother mobile usage experience.

While developing Konguru, we are preparing not only for today’s CRM needs, but also for the work habits of the coming period. One of the most important topics in June was the AI-supported assistant structure we plan to position inside Konguru.

This structure is being developed with a model approach that can be installed on our own infrastructure and can work without external API dependency. We also launched the support module so users can send issues, suggestions, or development requests to us more quickly and clearly.

Below, you can find the key highlights from June.

TESTING STARTED FOR KONGURU AI ASSISTANT

One of the most important developments in June was the start of testing for Konguru AI Assistant.

With Konguru AI Assistant, our goal is to help users work with CRM data in a more natural, faster, and smarter way. We are working on a structure that can help users take more accurate actions in less time across sales processes, customer tracking, visit summaries, offer analysis, task reminders, and reporting.

One of the most critical points for us is that the AI layer should not be designed only as an external API connection. The model we are testing can be installed on our local infrastructure and minimizes external service dependency.

AN AI APPROACH WITHOUT EXTERNAL API DEPENDENCY IS BEING DEVELOPED

Many AI solutions today require API connections that work through external services. This can produce fast results in some scenarios, but in enterprise CRM usage, data security, access control, continuity, and cost management become critical.

For this reason, we are following a different approach at Konguru. The AI model we are testing is evaluated as a system that can be installed on our own infrastructure and does not depend on external token or API usage.

The main purpose is to let organizations use AI features that work with CRM data in a more secure, sustainable, and controlled structure.

PILOT TESTS STARTED WITH CUSTOMERS

In June, we started trial processes with two pilot customers selected for Konguru AI Assistant.

The goal of the pilot process is to observe how the AI-supported assistant works in real usage scenarios, measure how it contributes to daily operations, and shape the necessary improvements with field feedback.

Early feedback is positive, especially around faster interaction with CRM data, easier access to process summaries, and reduced need for manual analysis.

THE SUPPORT MODULE WAS LAUNCHED

Another development that directly affects user experience in June was the launch of the support module.

With the new support module, users can now send issues, suggestions, or development requests directly from within Konguru more easily. While creating support requests, users can add screenshots, explain the situation with short video recordings, or send voice messages.

This structure helps us understand errors, usage questions, and improvement suggestions more quickly, especially when they are difficult to describe only with text.

BUGS, SUGGESTIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT REQUESTS BECAME MORE TRACKABLE

At Konguru, we do not see support processes only as bug reporting. Every feedback from our users is an important source for product development.

We designed the support module as a more central communication point for bug reports, usage questions, suggestions, and development requests. This helps support requests become clearer, allows teams to receive more accurate information, and makes the process easier to track.

For urgent cases, our WhatsApp support line remains open 24/7.

MOBILE EXPERIENCE AND USAGE FLOWS WERE OPTIMIZED

In June, improvements were also made on the mobile usage experience.

To provide a faster, clearer, and more stable experience on mobile, optimization work was carried out on screen transitions, usage flows, and general performance. Helping field teams access visits, tasks, customers, and follow-up processes more comfortably from mobile devices remains a priority.

These mobile improvements help Konguru become a stronger assistant not only in office usage, but also in the daily pace of field teams.
