Highlights at Konguru in August
In August, our focus at Konguru was on bringing customer communication and CRM processes together more closely and increasing the platform’s ability to adapt to different company structures.

In August, we expanded Campaign Management, which we began developing in July, into a more comprehensive structure. Alongside campaigns that can be run via email and WhatsApp, we made significant improvements to the Chat Flow structure, which can automatically collect new customer inquiries via WhatsApp, and to the chatbot infrastructure that can be integrated into websites.

At the same time, the work carried out on Konguru’s backend architecture substantially expanded our ability to develop customer-specific modules and processes.

Below, you can find the highlights from August.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT IS BECOMING KONGURU’S NEW COMMUNICATION HUB

The Campaign Management module, which we began developing in July, matured significantly in August.

With the new structure, users can use customer data held in the CRM directly in campaign processes and manage their WhatsApp and email communications from within Konguru.

In this way, we aim to reduce operational steps such as transferring customer lists to different platforms, using separate campaign tools, and re-matching campaign results with the CRM.

Running processes such as creating campaigns, defining target audiences, managing deliveries, and evaluating the responses received together with CRM data on a single platform significantly expands Konguru’s scope in customer management.

WHATSAPP CAMPAIGNS MEET CRM DATA

Thanks to WhatsApp integration, one of the key components of Campaign Management, users will be able to communicate with their customers directly through Konguru.

Campaigns will be able to include visual and video content as well as text. Communications targeting selected customer groups can be launched from the Campaigns area, and the process can be tracked from within Konguru.

Our main objective here is not merely to create a structure that sends messages.

By linking interactions on WhatsApp with CRM processes, we are creating an integrated structure in which new prospects and inquiries generated by a campaign can be incorporated directly into sales processes.

This is intended to prevent any disconnect between campaign communication and sales follow-up and enable teams to act on new opportunities much more quickly.

As the Konguru team, we will also continue to offer our customers consulting and training support for creating and configuring WhatsApp campaigns and developing their use cases.

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS CAN BE MANAGED FROM A SINGLE PLATFORM

Another important communication channel within Campaign Management is email.

Users will be able to upload the HTML content they have prepared to Konguru and create email campaigns for selected customer groups.

Campaign results can be evaluated not only by the number of messages sent, but also through various metrics that reveal the campaign’s reach and engagement performance.

By analyzing which customer groups show greater interest in a campaign, the level of engagement generated by the content sent, and the performance of different campaigns, subsequent communications can be planned more accurately.

This means the CRM data in Konguru can be used actively not only for sales follow-up, but also to measure and improve customer communication.

In this area as well, we continue to provide training and consulting support so that our customers can design their campaign structures and obtain maximum benefit from the system.

NEW LEADS CAN BE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO THE CRM WITH WHATSAPP CHAT FLOW

One of the important enhancements we worked on in August was the WhatsApp Chat Flow structure.

A customer contacting a company via WhatsApp can now be included in an automated conversation flow based on specific messages or keywords.

For example, when a customer seeking information gets in touch via WhatsApp, the system can automatically send a welcome message and collect the required information from the customer in line with a predefined flow.

Details such as the customer’s name, contact information, and product or service of interest can be collected step by step and transferred to Konguru CRM at the end of the process.

This way, new inquiries received through WhatsApp do not remain merely as messages; they become new customer or lead records that can be tracked directly in the CRM.

Sales teams can quickly assess the resulting record in Konguru, assign it to the relevant person, and continue the sales process.

With this structure, we aim to create a stronger, seamless customer acquisition process between WhatsApp communication and the CRM.

CHATBOTS CAN BE ADDED TO WEBSITES WITH KONGURU AUTOMATION

Another important structure we developed for Konguru Automation in August was the web chatbot infrastructure.

Users will be able to create a chatbot flow tailored to their needs in Konguru and integrate it into their own websites using an embed code.

Website visitors will be able to communicate with the bot through a chat area that opens within the page.

Based on predefined automation scenarios, the bot will be able to ask visitors questions, seek to understand their needs, and collect the required information.

The collected information can then be transferred directly to the relevant processes in Konguru CRM.

This structure offers a significant advantage, especially for companies that collect leads through their websites. Instead of using a separate chatbot platform, the customer acquisition process can be managed within a single system because the chatbot flow is created in Konguru and operates with the same CRM infrastructure.

At the same time, the fact that this structure created in Konguru can be easily integrated into customers’ own websites allows the platform to move beyond being a CRM that operates only within its own interface and integrate with companies’ digital channels as well.

WE EXPANDED OUR CAPABILITY TO DEVELOP CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC MODULES

In August, we carried out important work not only on the functions users see directly, but also on Konguru’s underlying architecture.

Although Konguru is a cloud-based platform, it can also be deployed on-premises within our customers’ own infrastructure when needed.

Especially for installations on customer-owned servers, we have the flexibility to create more customized structures based on each organization’s own operational processes and needs.

The backend improvements we made took this capability to a more advanced level in August.

Alongside the standard Konguru modules, new modules and processes tailored to the needs of specific customers can now be developed with much greater flexibility.

Every company’s sales, field, operational, or customer management processes work differently. Therefore, rather than expecting our customers to completely change their existing way of working, we view Konguru’s ability to adapt to their processes as an important product approach.

Thanks to our new infrastructure, we can develop solutions more quickly for the specific operational needs our customers encounter and expand Konguru’s range of use across different business models.

OUR PERFORMANCE AND INFRASTRUCTURE WORK CONTINUES

Alongside new modules and functions, our work to improve Konguru’s overall performance continued throughout August.

Optimizations on frequently used screens, adjustments to backend services, and improvements at various integration points helped the system operate faster and more reliably.

At the same time, we made various technical infrastructure improvements to manage more efficiently the new data flows created as the new campaign, WhatsApp, and automation structures were added to the system.

As Konguru grows, not only adding new features but also ensuring that these features work together quickly and sustainably remains an important part of our development efforts.

In August, we significantly expanded the scope of Konguru’s customer communication capabilities.

While Campaign Management brought email and WhatsApp communication together with CRM data, WhatsApp Chat Flow and web chatbot structures enabled us to develop new mechanisms that connect customer acquisition directly to CRM processes.

At the same time, our backend work further advanced Konguru’s ability to adapt to the processes of different companies.

Our goal is to make Konguru not merely a CRM for tracking standard processes, but a flexible business management platform that can adapt to companies’ own operations and bring together different needs—from customer communication and lead management to automation and custom modules—under a single platform.

Reach your customers with Konguru, capture new opportunities, and manage the entire process from a single platform.
